Information We Collect

Usage Data

We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve our app functionality and user experience. This includes:

  • App installation and usage patterns
  • Feature usage statistics
  • Error logs and performance metrics
  • Basic app configuration settings

No Personal Data Storage

Important: AdsLink Offline does NOT store, or retain any of your Shopify customer data, order information, or personally identifiable information (PII). All data remains on Shopify's secure servers.

How We Use Information

The limited information we collect is used solely for:

  • Understanding usage patterns to enhance user experience

  • Ensuring app security and preventing abuse

Secure Sessions and Storage

All interactions with AdsLink Offline use encrypted HTTPS connections. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect any data transmitted through our app. Stored authentication data is encrypted and stored securely.

Zero Data Storage

AdsLink Offline is designed with privacy-first architecture:

  • No Shopify customer data is stored on our servers
  • No individual order information is logged or retained
  • No personally identifiable information is logged or retained
  • Data processing happens in real-time and is not persisted
  • AdsLink only accesses Google Drive files which were created through the app, or explicitly shared with the app. It has no access to your other Google Drive files.

Zero Data sharing

AdsLink Offline does not share your Shopify or Google data data with any third parties. We do not sell your data to advertisers or marketers.

Shopify Integration

AdsLink Offline integrates with Shopify through their official APIs. When you use our app:

  • All order data remains within Shopify's secure environment
  • We access data only through authenticated Shopify API calls
  • Data is processed temporarily in memory and never stored
  • Data which is exported to Google Sheets is not stored on our servers

Google Data Usage and Storage

When you connect AdsLink Offline to Google Sheets, we store only the minimal authentication details required for interoperability:

  • User email address (for account identification and support purposes)
  • Google OAuth authentication tokens (required for secure API access)
  • URLs to spreadsheets you have connected to AdsLink Offline for export

Important: These authentication details are encrypted and stored securely. We do not access, store, or process any of your Google Sheets data, spreadsheet contents, or other Google services data.

Data Retention

AdsLink Offline has a strict no-retention policy:

  • No individual order data is retained beyond the duration of each API request
  • You can request deletion of any stored usage data at any time upon stopping to use our application

Your Rights

As a user of AdsLink Offline, you have the right to:

  • Request deletion of any usage data we may have
  • Opt out of anonymous usage analytics
